VPI Quality Windows Grows in Washington

Replacement window manufacturer VPI Quality Windows Inc. will nearly double its manufacturing space this summer when it relocates from its current facility in Spokane Valley, Wash., to nearby East Spokane.

The company has purchased a 55,000-square-foot warehouse building and plans to complete an expansion project to add another 22,500 square feet. The price tag is around $1.3 million, according to a local business journal report, and should be completed by July 1.

VPI plans to sell the current 44,000-square-foot facility after the move. With about 100 employees, the manufacturer serves dealers in Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Montana, Utah and Colorado.
