John Swanson,
editor/
associate publisher of Window & Door | “What should I be for Halloween?” It’s October now, and if you’re like me and have kids, that question has probably popped up around your house already. Of course, we all know Halloween isn’t just for kids anymore, and I know our home office at the National Glass Association in Virginia isn’t the only place of business where employees come to work dressed up on Halloween—some even hoping for the coveted “best costume” award.
So, I thought we could have a little fun with this week’s poll and find out whether the window and door industry is celebrating Halloween, and I want details too. Email and tell me what happens at your company. And while I may not be giving out a “best costume” award, send me photos of yourself and your fellow employees from last year and let’s really see how the industry gets into the spirit of things.
RESULTS AND COMMENTS FROM LAST WEEK'S POLL—"Is the window and door market splitting into high- and low-end segments, with little in between?": Apparently so, and more of the industry is going upscale. Click here to read more on Page 2 of The Talk...
