One glass supplier also reported a significant uptick in window manufacturer inquiries into its higher-performance low-E products.
I suspect the sudden shift to the 30/30 requirements in the stimulus package has a number of companies scrambling for new sources of supply. But I thought I would use this week's poll to get a better handle on the situation.
And if you'd like to share your stories, we'd love to hear them. Are you looking for new vendors? Are you seeing a surge in calls from customers looking to meet the new requirements? Send me an email and tell me about it.
