The Talk

By John G. Swanson, Editor/Associate Publisher

We’re looking at social media use among window and door dealers and manufacturers in our August issue.  Do you have a success story to share on how you’re connecting to customers using Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and other such tools?

I'll try to kickstart the conversation with this week's poll question. And whether you're a supplier, manufacturer, dealer or consultant, I'd like to hear from you.  What's working to generate repeat and referral business? How are you benefiting those who "like" or "follow" you? Have you formed new relationships or strengthened existing ones?  Can you point to specific sales that resulted from the use of social media? What social media is proving most valuable to you?

Post a comment or email me.  You can also send me a tweet @JohnWDmag or connect with me on LinkedIn. I'd love to hear from you.
