The holidays are upon us, and it's time to think about your shopping list (if you haven't already). I don't know about you, but my list seems to grow longer and longer each year. While I try not to go too far off the deep end of commercialism, it's tough for me to walk away from the holiday season without presenting a token of appreciation to my family members, staff and some of my favorite service providers.
 
Many companies find inclusive ways to celebrate the holidays, and I'm curious to know what your company does.  Do you (or your company) buy gifts for the holidays or offer year-end bonuses for employees? Do you throw a big holiday bash instead of purchasing individual gifts? Will you spend more than you have in the past few years? Please send me an email or post a comment to share how this year's shopping list stacks up against the last few years'.

Did Your Company Do a Post-Thanksgiving Offer?
It looks like it was all or nothing when it came to post-Thanksgiving sales offers. While the majority of survey respondents said they didn't do any type of offer, nearly a quarter of companies reported they ran sales the Friday, Saturday and Monday after the holiday.
