Lock-Tilt Combo from Vision
The new window opening control device Lock-Tilt Combo from Vision Hardware is a single window hardware component that offers four-point locking, sash tilt and a WOCD compliant vent stop. The All-in-One Locking & Tilting Window Hardware System has pistons in the side rails that are longer and not tapered. Here are five proven strategies our Dealers of the Year put into practice that you can adapt for your own organization.

  • Window Factory has an apprenticeship program for new employees, which helped earn their award for excellence in installation. The company also keeps well-trained employees happy with a competitive wage, health benefits and vacation time.

  • Our winner in the community service arena, Coastal Windows & Exteriors worked to establish the company’s overall purpose and now integrates it into everyday operations.

  • The creative marketing team at Quality Window & Door uses video to demonstrate products and to bring a human element to their business.

  • Window Nation, recognized for innovative enterprise, reaches customers where and when their services would be of use, such as through homeowners associations or in social media conversations regarding housekeeping tips.
