The Talk

By Emily Kay Thompson

Last week, Window & Door opened its annual Industry Pulse survey, asking readers from every corner of the industry to weigh in on 2015 as it approaches its end and share projections for 2016. This important poll closes this Friday, and it’s important that the results include your experiences.

The purpose of this study—results for which will be presented in the January/February issue of Window & Door—is to provide insight on industry-wide trends and expectations. The data can be used as a tool to set reasonable expectations for the future and see where your particular experiences fit in with the bigger scope of the market.

Your input is crucial to the report. We’re asking manufacturers and dealers, as well as suppliers, to make sure the results represent what all of you see in your own businesses, as each affects the others. Plus, the questions provide an opportunity for you to reflect on your successes and challenges and to get you thinking about the future.

Thanks to all of you who have already participated. Click here if you have yet to weigh in. I look forward to tallying all of the responses in our first issue of 2016.
