Graco Relocates to Ohio
Graco Inc. will move its Gusmer|Decker reaction injection molding business from Lakewood, NJ, to North Canton, OH, in November. The more centralized location will better serve North American customers, the company states. Among its many product offerings, the company supplies equipment that fills steel and fiberglass doors with foam insulation.
“By staging and overlapping critical functions between the Lakewood and North Canton locations,” we will provide uninterrupted service during the relocation,” says Jeff Johnson, Graco’s director of sales and marketing for the RIM group. “We have also increased components and systems inventory to ensure uninterrupted supply to our customers.”
The 131,000-square foot Ohio facility includes a 10,000-square foot demonstration center for customer training, as well as 30,000 square feet for staging requirements of large projects. The technical service and sales team will remain geographically dispersed throughout the United States and Canada, the company reports.
