Rapp Joins AFG Industries

Eric RappEric Rapp has joined AFG Industries as vice president, fabrication. Based at AFG headquarters in Atlanta, he heads up all the glass manufacturer’s residential and commercial fabrication operations in the United States and Canada.

Previously, Rapp was president of Cardinal IG Co. and vice president of Cardinal Glass Industries until 2006. His experience with Cardinal spanned 27 years. Prior to his tenure at Cardinal, he served in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers from 1968 to 1972 and with PPG for five years. He has been actively involved with various industry associations, serving as president of SIGMA (now IGMA) and as a member of the WDMA board of directors.
