Atrium to Buy Replacement Manufacturer

Without revealing which company, Atrium Cos. Inc. announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire a window manufacturing company that serves the replacement market. With the nod from a majority of lenders under its senior credit facility, the transaction may close within 30 days.

Atrium officials note that the name of the privately held manufacturer cannot be released until transaction details are finalized.
