Has your company incorporated healthy lifestyle incentives to help offset healthcare costs?
We have an incentive program and most employees take advantage of it.
We have a plan, but not everyone knows about or participates in the program.
We’re looking at this type of plan as more research surfaces.
We’re not interested in or able to offer an incentive plan at this time.

Thermal Industries Opens Corporate Showroom

Two Dreamspace 3200 patio enclosures compliment the Thermal showroom in Pittsburgh. To support the efforts of local dealers, Thermal Industries has opened a showroom at its corporate headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA. The facility showcases products from the company’s line of vinyl replacement window and outdoor living products.

“Stepping into the new showroom is like stepping into your own backyard,” says David Rascoe, president of Thermal Industries, a division of Atrium Cos. “We wanted to provide our dealers with something unique—a place to bring clients that will help tell the product story for them. Other than having the products actually installed at home, this is really the next best thing for customers.”

The showroom has two of the company’s Dreamspace 3200 patio enclosures on display, as well as its DreamGlas Gallery collection of decorative glass options. For windows, customers can view and operate a variety of double-hung, garden and bay windows and see samples in various finishes and hardware packages.

Outside of the model patio enclosures, Thermal recreated the look of a landscaped backyard to highlight its composite deck and rail products.

Thermal will also use the facility for seminars and training sessions.
